For 30 years, the Chamber’s Women’s Network has connected female professionals of all background and career levels. Today, our Women’s Network is the largest in New England, strengthening the professional networks of women each year.
The Massachusetts Apprentice Network convenes employers, training providers, and talent sources interested in developing and implementing apprenticeship programs in occupations across industries and statewide in fields such as tech, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and more.
We support small business through public policy initiatives, events designed to connect small businesses in Greater Boston to their peers and established business leaders, professional development offerings, and free small business advising.

This program is for members only and by invitation. Linda Whitlock, a leadership advisor and professional director, has won widespread respect for a strong record of effective management, corporate and non-profit board leadership, and public service. She is on the board of Cambridge Trust Company, serves as one of two independent members of the board of the Red Sox Foundation, and sits on the President’s Advisory Committee at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
The Founder and Principal of The Whitlock Group, which provides strategy consulting to boards of directors and CEOs, Linda is the immediate past Nicholas President and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. She has been an active member of more than 20 corporate and non-profit boards, including the boards of the Boston Stock Exchange; two Bain Capital portfolio companies; Brandeis University; the Museum of Afro-American History; and other leading companies in the real estate, financial services, arts and culture, biopharmaceutical, and education sectors.
