DESCRIPTION:A Gentle (all-levels) Chair flow set to both rhythmic and expressive tunes. Engage in this breath centered flow to bring awareness to the body\, open the heart\, and relax mindfully with a guided meditation on self-love. \n\n \n\nTeacher bio: Tiffany Mangum is a Black Woman\, Mom\, Yogi\, and Wellness professional who loves being an advocate for self-love. Through her passion for teaching\, she found a new appreciation for sitting still\, reflecting\, meditation\, and movement. In her journey\, she found that yoga and meditation was not as accessible to the community as she desired. She founded Trupeace Wellness\, a wellness collective designed to create opportunities and spaces where the people of the community can connect to mindful living. She is still growing this idea and very hopeful for more accessible programming\, donated spaces\, and increased funding for healthy initiatives.
