With a background in the medical device industry\, Zainub has held marketing and culture-building roles at global companies including Boston Scientific\, Olympus America\, and Chubb Corporation. Her work consistently bridges business strategy with organizational development\, fostering environments where diverse teams can thrive.\n\nZainub brings a dynamic facilitation style to her DEI work\, having led sessions for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce\, MAAPS\, and Skillshare. She holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA in Political Science with a minor in Anthropology from Rutgers University. She also earned a certificate in DEI Communications from the Public Relations Society of America. Across all her roles\, Zainub is known for her thoughtful approach to cross-cultural dialogue\, team engagement\, and inclusive leadership.\n\n \n\nGwendolyn McCoy (she/her) is a Lead Consultant at Diversity@Workplace Consulting Group\, where she brings over two decades of experience in human resources\, diversity strategy\, and organizational development. She has worked with global organizations to embed inclusive practices into talent acquisition\, leadership development\, and employee engagement. As the former U.S. Head of Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion at John Hancock/Manulife\, Gwendolyn led the development of a multi-year DEI strategy focused on people\, culture\, and community impact advancing representation and fostering belonging across the enterprise.\n\nPrior to her role at John Hancock\, Gwendolyn served as a Senior Consultant at Diversity@Workplace\, advising domestic and international firms on learning design\, strategic planning\, and process transformation. Earlier in her career\, she led diversity programming at Massachusetts' largest health insurer\, where she launched Women@Blue\, a career development and empowerment initiative recognized by the Boston Business Journal as one of the Best Diversity Programs of 2014.
