SUMMARY:2025 Strategic Communication for Better Collaboration
DESCRIPTION:In today's workplace\, communication is more than exchanging information it's the foundation of leadership\, collaboration\, and performance. Yet most professionals are never taught how to truly listen\, interpret\, and respond with clarity.\n\n\n\nThis 3-hour interactive workshop introduces a powerful\, image-based methodology designed to sharpen core communication skills through guided observation and structured dialogue. Participants will engage in dynamic exercises that build:\n\n\n	Active listening: Learning to hear beyond the surface and respond with precision\n	Paraphrasing and affirmation: Strengthening clarity and alignment in conversations\n	Reiterative thinking: Refining ideas through collaborative interpretation\n	Strategic inquiry: Asking better questions to unlock insight and reduce miscommunication\n	Team alignment: Building trust and cohesion through shared meaning-making\n\n\nRooted in cognitive psychology\, this approach has been adapted for business professionals who lead teams\, drive collaboration\, and influence outcomes. Whether you're managing direct reports\, facilitating cross-functional work\, or preparing for leadership growth\, this workshop offers practical tools to elevate how you listen\, communicate\, and lead.\n\n\n\nDISCOUNTS FOR TEAMS! \n\nBring your team and save - because aligned communication starts with shared learning. Discounts available for teams of 3 or more people at registration. \n\n\n\n \n\nWORKSHOP FACILITATORS\n\nErin Wederbrook Yuskaitis\n\n\n\nErin is an educator\, facilitator\, and creative strategist who believes that better conversations start with better questions and better listening.
