You will get the opportunity to participate in a Master Class with Professor Thomas Sullivan as well as network with local alumni\, current students & other prospective candidates.\n\n\n\nProfessor Sullivan will lead an interactive Master Class: Being Influential in the Global Workplace. Using a case\, we will explore the challenges of cross-cultural communications and models for anticipating and resolving differences in team settings.\n\n\n\nMeet our professor \n\n \n\nThomas Sullivan is a Professor of Leadership Skills\, Leadership Coach\, and Discipline Lead for the Leadership Skills track at Hult International Business School. He has spent 20 years as a consultant\, facilitator\, coach\, and lecturer on designing\, leading\, and implementing personal and organization change efforts in distinct settings across the globe.\n\nIn addition to his teaching at Hult\, Thomas is President and Co-founder of My City At Peace\, an organization dedicated to creating peace in our cities. For the past seven years\, Thomas has developed\, designed\, and led teams to deliver leadership development programs and coach teams & managers at all levels of leadership with the World Bank\, the International Monetary Fund (IMF)\, the International Finance Corporation (IFC)\, and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). He has held senior consulting and management positions with Arthur D. Little and Innovation Associates. Prior to that\, he held a management position with an international training firm\, where he managed sales and operations as well as developed and conducted training programs focusing on personal transformation and effectiveness.
