DESCRIPTION:Join the Massachusetts Apprentice Network for our National Apprenticeship Week Celebration\, hosted by our founding member\, Liberty Mutual!  Hear from apprentices and other Network members on how the professional apprenticeship model is revolutionizing our talent pipelines and substantively changing how we think about talent retention.  You will learn new ways of utilizing the professional apprenticeship model to create diverse\, sustainable\, and scalable talent pipelines that help you to get the best employees into your organization.  We will have employers and their apprentices share information about best practices\, tips and tricks to make the model work for your organization\, and the many employment sectors benefitting from this flexible model.\n\n\n\nBuilding on the Commonwealth's effort to expand apprenticeship models beyond the building trades\, the Massachusetts Apprentice Network convenes employers\, training providers\, and talent sources interested in developing and implementing apprenticeship programs in occupations across industries and statewide in fields such as tech\, advanced manufacturing\, healthcare\, financial services\, and more. The Massachusetts Apprentice Network will achieve collectively hiring 1\,000 apprentices by 2027.\n\n\n\nParticipating employers will:\n\n	Access best practices\n	Build connections\n	Promote effective apprenticeship models\n	Demonstrate leadership in innovative workforce development practices\n\nParticipating employers come together in this network to also increase awareness of apprenticeship as a proven path for individuals to pursue meaningful careers regardless of age\, race\, gender\, education attainment\, or other socio-economic barriers.
