Get Konnected!, Boston’s premier networking forum, will host its annual holiday event to shine a light on Boston’s rich diversity and strength. In light of the hate crimes that occurred in Boston and across the nation this year, Get Konnected! and its affinity partners AJC New England, Amplify Latinx, ALPFA Boston, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the National Association of Black Accountants and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice are joining together with youth empowerment non-profit More Than Words to offer the city’s diverse community a unique opportunity to come together and stand unified in the face of adversity. The Get Konnected! Holiday Unity Celebration will gather Boston’s leaders of color from various industries such as business and innovation, communications and media, healthcare and life sciences, social innovation, politics and the public sector to showcase the importance of diversity, inclusion, and coexistence.
