High Tech Women: The Changing Face of the Technology Industry The advancement of talented women professionals into leadership positions is critical to strengthening our regions' economy, as a strong and diverse talent pool is one of Greater Boston's competitive advantages. Yet while high technology is one of the region's leading industries, the sector has yet to see a significant number of women elevated to executive positions.
