Driven by a passion for technology and growth, Mohamad served as Chief Strategy Officer at Hewlett Packard where he played a pivotal role in the company’s turnaround. At IBM, Mohamad lead the creation of the firm’s $8 billion business analytics software unit, and at Avaya, he oversaw the company's $2 billion services group. He was also the CEO of the Workforce Optimization division of Aspect Software.
