The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) is seeking to hire an Attorney to work as Enforcement Counsel within the MGC’s Investigations & Enforcement Bureau (IEB). The IEB is the primary enforcement agent for regulatory matters under the Massachusetts gaming law (M.G.L. c. 23K) and sports wagering law (M.G.L. c. 23N).
