As Managing Director for Boston Harbor Cruises (BHC), my activities support the growth (both external and internal) of the company, oversite of BHC's sales programs, the monitoring and upholding of its customer service standards, and the fulfillment of the company's mission and vision. I bring to my work with BHC over 20 years' general management experience in the tourism industry, a sincere enthusiasm about the unique and excellent service that BHC provides, and a deep understanding of business strategy and the importance of building relationships based on integrity and honesty.
