In 2015, JC founded Surfside Capital Advisors LLC (SCA), a Boston-based strategy and financial advisory firm that helps businesses reach their full potential by designing and executing high-conviction growth and turnaround strategies. With a passion for supporting the Latino community, JC co-founded the Boston chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America and The Latino Equity Fund at The Boston Foundation and supports community-based organizations working to advance the socio-economic status of Latinos in Greater Boston. He also serves as one of Governor Healey's newly created Latino Empowerment Council members. JC has received numerous awards and recognitions.
