A recent article published by Fortune shared shocking numbers as it relates to underrepresentation for Latinas in executive leadership roles and the critical issues Latinas face in corporate America. Despite significant contributions to the workforce, the article highlighted that Latinas hold only 1% of C-suite positions. In comparison to any other ethnic group, Latinas also experience the highest drop off for representation in the workplace, starting with entry-level positions.
As we celebrate the Women’s Network 30th Anniversary and the start of Hispanic Heritage Month, we invite individuals from all backgrounds to join us for an important conversation with exceptional Latinas who are leading the business community, while you expand your network, and ignite progress toward a more equitable workforce!
