Join us for this can’t miss fireside chat with Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, Representative for Massachusetts 7th District, and first woman of color to be elected to congress from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the first woman of color elected to the Boston City Council in its 100-year history. The conversation will be moderated by Stephanie Lee, Regional Director of Government Affairs at Verizon. As Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley celebrates her 5-year anniversary in Congress, we will hear about her momentous journey as an activist, a legislator, and a survivor as she has been a champion for justice and healing. We’ll also learn more about her experience living with alopecia and how she has been able to turn her own lived experience into action by not only bringing awareness to others also living with alopecia but being a voice for the community to drive change and inform policymaking.
