Did you know that Haley House has provided over 2 million meals to individuals and communities facing health and social challenges since 1966? Part of the reason is due to the incredible network of volunteers who support their mission to offer nourishing food and a sense of community. Now, you have the opportunity to become part of that network.
Haley House’s work addresses the complex social determinants of health through five interconnected initiatives that highlight the importance of community, connection, and support. They provide direct services through their soup kitchen and food pantry, permanent supportive housing, urban agriculture, education and training programs, and a social enterprise restaurant.
For this volunteer experience, we invite you to join us in preparing and serving home-cooked meals to guests from the South End and Roxbury communities.
