Please join us for another installment of the Pacesetters Doing Business series featuring Columbia Construction. The Pacesetters Doing Business virtual series will allow small business owners to hear directly from procurement officers at participating Pacesetter companies to learn about specific contract opportunities that may be unique to each company. At Columbia, they are committed to building a better future for their people and the construction industry. Utilizing their Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategic Plan as a guide and taking intentional and measurable action will positively impact their company, the construction industry, and the communities in which they work. They believe everyone deserves dignity and respect. By creating psychologically safe workplaces, they will ensure their employees and partners are more engaged and able to be the best version of themselves. Although many business cases can be made for why this will be impactful, ultimately, they feel it’s the right thing to do.
