Join us for an evening of stories, inspiration, dancing and more with emcee Billy Costa of Kiss 108! Today, the CDC estimates the current rate of autism at 1 in 59 children. The yearly cost to the United States is a staggering $236 billion a year. But it doesn’t have to be. Children who are diagnosed early and receive intensive behavioral instruction, and children who receive top services, have the best outcomes. That’s where we help. The New England Center for Children is more than a school, we’re an autism research institute helping children with autism live more independent lives. We’re unique because of our three-pronged approach to intervention: education, research, and technology. And our model is scalable to programs around the world. The Children of Promise Gala is the largest fundraiser held by The Center each year. By joining us this evening, you are helping to lead the way in autism education and research, while showing support for an issue that affects all communities. All proceeds from the Gala fund research on early intensive behavioral instruction, ensure students have the best equipment to meet individual learning needs, provide vocational training, support graduate training opportunities for teachers, promote our ACE® Software System, and allow us to share educational research findings with clinicians and teachers around the world. With your support, we can help thousands of children with autism live fulfilling, independent lives.
