All in for Advancement is a pilot program created by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and Babson College to support 10 participating companies in their desire to shape and shift corporate culture towards women’s equity and inclusion. During the program, each corporate team is tasked with designing a pilot project that would support a more inclusive culture. Demo Night happens 2/3 of the way through the program and is where participants will present a pilot project to an audience of senior leaders from across participating companies. Each team will have three minutes to present followed by four minutes of “gifting”, a practice of providing support (instead of criticism) to spur a project idea forward. The evening will begin with presentations and conclude with a demo reception where teams will staff a booth with a poster of their pilot. Guests are invited to visit teams to learn more or provide additional “gifts” after the full group presentations.
