Leaders in all fields can learn from research in sports. In this unique leadership experience, you'll join a journey with leaders in different fields to refine goal achievement and develop positive psychology coaching skills. These will help you to achieve more and strengthen your teams and community.
You'll set and achieve a five-week leadership goal through conversations, videos, a workbook, articles, podcasts, and lectures. You'll explore theories and the neuroscience of excellence and deliberate practice, positive psychology, habit, and innovation.
You'll expand your network, sharpen your leadership goals, and leave with tools and strategies that will serve you long after the course ends. Participants will earn a Boston College certificate in goal achievement.
