Wait there is more, you will leave this night having become a bit of a wine expert as Adam Centamore takes you on a journey sharing his knowledge of what he loves. Adam will guide you through a four course plated dinner that has been chosen and uniquely pared with some of our fine wines. The dinner will offer a welcome toast, 4 featured wines to taste and a full glass of your choice of a featured wine. October 4th at 6pm. Tickets are $75 and include gratuity. Must be 21 or older to attend with valid proof of age. About the host; Adam Centamore is a professional educator who conducts private and corporate wine tasting experiences with the goal of sharing the pure enjoyment of wine. He is certified by the Elizabeth Bishop Wine Program and is a member of the French Wine Society and Society of Wine Educators. He is also the Maitre Fromager for the Boston chapter of the Chevalier du Tastevin, a prestigious French wine society. Adam enjoys eating, drinking, and talking about it!
