Lovin' Spoonfuls invites you to join award-winning Chef Peter Ungár (Tasting Counter - 2019 James Beard Award Semi-Finalist for Best Chef Northeast, 2018 + 2019 Best of Boston "Best Tasting Menu", 2017 Best of Boston "Best Restaurant: Fine Dining") for an intimate workshop that will outline the essentials of successful dinners at home, focusing on whole ingredient cooking. Chef Peter will prepare dishes that demonstrate waste-free cooking ideas, all easily adaptable for the home cook, which he also uses at his restaurant with his "0 carbon | 50 local | 100 natural" philosophy.
Upon arrival, guests will enjoy appetizers by Whole Foods Market and beer & wine prior to tasting the finished dishes. Each ticket supports Plenty, Lovin' Spoonfuls' culinary nutrition program that provides the individuals we serve with the culinary know-how to empower them to feed themselves and their families.
