Join us on Wednesday, November 5th from 6–9pm at The 'Quin House for our Holiday Auction, featuring a special collection of original works by the late Sidewalk Sam (Robert Charles Guillemin)—beloved Boston artist, community builder, and former board member of our organization.
Known for bringing masterpieces to the streets of Boston and Cambridge, Sidewalk Sam dedicated his life to making art accessible to all, using creativity to entertain, inspire, empower, and unite. Even after an accident in 1994 left him paralyzed, he continued to lead large-scale participatory art projects that brought people together across communities.
This special auction honors his legacy and his lasting impact on our city. Guests will have the rare opportunity to bid on original pieces, including George, North End, Snowfall Lagoon, Massachusetts State House, and Beacon Hill.
Proceeds from the evening will support our mission while celebrating the life and vision of an extraordinary artist who believed that art belongs to everyone.
