TSNE What’s Next Leadership Transition 2026 Cohort What’s Next is TSNE’s cohort-based program for nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs who want to plan proactively for leadership transition. Through facilitated sessions and two in-person retreats, participants develop a clear transition roadmap while connecting with peers navigating similar questions.
