Rodgers is a nationally-recognized leader in labor force changes. She is the winner of numerous awards and accolades, including being named the Ernst and Young/Merrill Lynch ''Entrepreneur of the Year'' and one of the 25 most influential working mothers by Working Mother Magazine. Rodgers is a trustee of the finance committee at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where she chaired the Strategic Plan for Women's Health, and a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources.
