Eccles & Rouse. The woman responsible for monster seats, the right field roof deck, and other Fenway Park improvements, Smith oversees the historic park's renovation with concern for urban development and special expertise in ball fields. Smith also directed redevelopment of Pershing Square in Los Angeles, and was coordinator of architecture and design for Manhattan's Battery City Park.
