Rosabeth Moss KanterErnest L. Arbuckle Professor of Business AdministrationHarvard Business School Rosabeth Moss Kanter is the Ernest L. Arbuckle Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, specializing in strategy, innovation, and leadership for change. Her strategic and practical insights have guided leaders of large and small organizations worldwide for over 25 years through teaching, writing, and direct consultation to major corporations and governments. Kanter co-founded the consulting firm Good Measures Inc., through which she has partnered with IBM to bring her leadership tools, originally developed for businesses, to public education. She is also Senior Advisor for IBM's Global Citizens Portfolio. Kanter has authored and co-authored 17 books including Work & Family in the United States, which inspired a coalition of university centers to create the Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award in her honor, and The Change Masters, which the Financial Times named one of the most influential business books of the 20th century. She is the former editor of the Harvard Business Review and has been named one of the ''50 most powerful women in the world'' by the Times of London.
