In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the creation of compelling proposals that showcase our expertise, vision, and value proposition to potential clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, harnessing their collective brilliance to craft winning proposals that set us apart from the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial kickoff meetings to final submission, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for proposal content.
Craft engaging and persuasive written content, tailoring messaging to resonate with target audiences and address specific client needs.
Develop visually appealing proposal layouts and graphics, leveraging design tools and templates to enhance overall presentation.
Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Manage proposal content library, continuously updating and refining materials to reflect the latest industry trends, best practices, and success stories.
Stay abreast of market developments, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to inform proposal strategies and positioning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in proposal coordination, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the AEC industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for storytelling.
Strong project management abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software tools.
Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.
