Position: Senior Development Operations Specialist
Status: Full time, exempt
Reports to: Philanthropy Manager
Salary Range: $60,000 - $73,000
The Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy is seeking an individual with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for data management for the full-time position of Senior Development Operations Specialist. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, young organization and help grow the community of supporters for a premier public space.
The Conservancy’s seven-member Development team currently raises ~$2.5M a year for the park’s operating and capital budgets. Through research and data management, the Development Operations Specialist will play a key role in our fundraising success, which will enable the organization to expand programs, deepen community partnerships, and undertake major capital improvements.
Reporting to and collaborating with the Philanthropy Manager who manages the annual fund, the Senior Development Operations Specialist will ensure donor data integrity and organization; lead efforts to identify prospective donors, as well as current donors who might deepen their support; and ensure consistency of financial records with colleagues in Finance and Administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a data specialist interested in ownership over the operations of a CRM, and offers an opportunity to make fundraising strategy recommendations based on data analysis.
The Greenway Conservancy is committed to providing a park environment that is welcoming to racially, culturally, and economically diverse residents and visitors. You can read more about our mission, vision, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion on our website.
