Title: Senior Grants Manager
Reports to: Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives & Policy

Position Overview:
The Senior Grants Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce's Foundation fundraising efforts. They will employ critical thinking, sales, and research skills in their day-to-day work. The Senior Grants Manager will report to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Policy, and will collaborate with the programs, economic inclusion, policy, and finance teams. A key priority for this role will be to generate grant funding from various sources, such as private, community, and family foundations, as well as from government and other private sources. This person will need to think outside the box and proactively seek out opportunities that parallel the Foundation's strategic goals. Strong sales leadership and persuasive selling skills are a requirement for this position.

Salary Range: $72,000 - $85,000
