WORKSHOP FACILITATORS
Erin Wederbrook Yuskaitis Erin is an educator, facilitator, and creative strategist who believes that better conversations start with better questions—and better listening. With roots in the museum world and a career built on visual inquiry, she’s spent over 20 years helping people make meaning across disciplines and communities. Through her consulting firm, Yellow Room Consulting, and her leadership at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Erin designs learning experiences that spark insight, build empathy, and transform workplace culture. Her work blends business strategy, education, DEI, and the arts into programs that are as practical as they are powerful. Erin holds degrees from the University of Virginia and the University of Alabama, plus a certificate in Museum Education from Tufts University. Outside of work, she’s a fitness enthusiast, youth basketball coach, museum wanderer, and true crime podcast aficionado. Kelsey Archer Merriam Kelsey is the Program Manager at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Before that, she was the Education Manager at the USS Constitution Museum where she oversaw education programs, managed civics initiatives, and worked closely with Boston Public Schools and the Naval Crew of USS Constitution. Kelsey has held roles at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Cape Ann Museum, Historic Newton, and Old South Meeting House, developing and leading education programs, integrating DEAI principles, and engaging in Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) conversations with diverse audiences. She holds a Master of Arts in Museum Education from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Bard College. When Kelsey isn’t championing the benefits of continuing education for all learners, she can be found swimming and walking the beaches of Massachusetts, testing out her green thumb, and spending lots of time with family and friends.
