Hear from apprentices and other Network members on how the professional apprenticeship model is revolutionizing our talent pipelines and substantively changing how we think about talent retention. You will learn new ways of utilizing the professional apprenticeship model to create diverse, sustainable, and scalable talent pipelines that help you to get the best employees into your organization. We will have employers and their apprentices share information about best practices, tips and tricks to make the model work for your organization, and the many employment sectors benefitting from this flexible model. Building on the Commonwealth’s effort to expand apprenticeship models beyond the building trades, the Massachusetts Apprentice Network convenes employers, training providers, and talent sources interested in developing and implementing apprenticeship programs in occupations across industries and statewide in fields such as tech, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and more.
