Job Schedule: Full Time Location: Medford, MA
The hours are full-time 9am-5:30pm
Assign, coordinate, and monitor the Lockbox Mail Operations workflow through completion, overseeing and directing the efforts described below.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assign/coordinate/ monitor the processing of the work in conjunction with Floor Coordinators, utilizing equipment and personnel optimally to obtain the highest level of productivity.
Research and determine the disposition of mail and exception items on a daily basis ( if necessary).
Verify Mail Logs on a daily basis
Review operator production logs for clarity, statistics and accuracy.
Ensure the daily work is completed and according to department procedure and customer specifications and deadlines .
React and respond to issues or problems that arise immediately.
Place and review vendor service calls with Supervisor, escalating when necessary, so as to reduce risk of impact to our customers or the bank.
Notify Management immediately of any issues that may affect customers, personnel, or the bank, as it pertains to the services provided to them.
Monitor/ review/approve/complete various daily, weekly, monthly documentation.
Train/cross-train associates.
Communicate effectively with staff, key associate, management, vendors, and internal/ external customers.
Monitor and/or ensure compliance with Federal and State Laws and regulations; including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti- Money Laundering, in addition to, Bank operation policies and procedures.
Provide support to Customer Service, OCR Operations and participate as needed in research.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:
Banking Operations experience with leadership responsibilities, preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, strong communicator, logical thought process, sound follow-through, and flexibility must be a team-player with the ability to multi- task and possess good estimation/ projection skills.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
Experience and/or knowledge of Lockbox Operations.
